Dragon's Lair Brick Set

Fun dragon set

My 5 year old son built this with me. The details are great! Fun little toy and works great as decoration too! The dragon can be positioned to stand as well as walk on all four legs to fight knight minifigs!

Thanks so much for the great review! We love hearing that you and your son had fun building the dragon — sounds like it’s ready for battle! Happy building!

Really cool and affordable alternative to the LEGO Maleficent dragon. That set is retiring soon and is currently $51 more than this set, and will only increase in price when it retires. Granted, that dragon stands on all 4 legs and is more detailed. You work with what you got. I enjoyed this build a lot and definitely enjoy a good dragon, but while I was assembling it, the neck wasn't supported as well as I would have liked. When they wanted me to put pressure down on certain spots while adding more bricks, the neck kept falling off. It's not a big deal, but something you should be aware of, and maybe something the designers should take note of.
