Brick Loot is a toy subscription box company located in Deerfield, IL. We send monthly boxes filled with custom LEGO & brick sets to our customers. We also sell on many platforms like Amazon, import internationally and have a retail store.

Brick Loot Set Designer (Full or Part time)
- Design brick models based on a specific theme or description
- Design brick models that meet a budget and parts availability
- Develop new models and ideas
- Proficient in working with Stud.io, Bricklink's catalog system

Graphic Designer (Part time)
- Create digital and printable instructions
- Create product imagery via Stud.io
- Create vector artwork for stickers
- Proficient in working with Stud.io, Photoshop and Illustrator

Brick Loot is a company dedicated to toy brick enthusiasts of all ages. We specialize in Subscription Boxes, Custom LED Lighting Kits for LEGO as well as manufacture Custom Brick sets.

Our 10,000 sq ft facility is in Deerfield, IL. Although we would LOVE to have someone in house we understand the perfect match might need to work virtual. We have a staff of 10.

Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience with building sets from 30 pieces to 500 pieces in various themes, organized, creative and ready to have fun!

Benefits:

Job: Warehouse Pick and Pack

Brick Loot, one of the leading toy subscription boxes, is seeking a full time warehouse employee. Ideal candidate is a team player, great attitude, quick learner, detail oriented.

Pay: $17-22/hour
Hours: 7am to 5pm (40 hours between 7am – 5pm)
Benefits (after 90 days of employment): Paid vacation, paid sick days, 50% of health insurance, Simple IRA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack monthly subscription box
  • Welcome delivery trucks and direct to loading docks upon arrival
  • Receive incoming shipments and add to inventory and put away
  • Pick, pack and ship online orders
  • Stage picked orders for delivery
  • Prep items for selling channels
  • Intake of containers. Unload, Inventory and put away and organize
  • Manage inventory
  • Operate adequate warehouse tools / pallet jack
  • Provide the office staff with inventory counts
  • Assist walk in customers with their orders
  • Load walk in customers orders into their vehicles
  • Ensure accuracy.
  • Stock showroom / retail store
  • Disposes of warehouse and office garbage
  • Maintains clean working environment

Important skills:

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
  • Reliability - Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Attention to detail / time management. - Accuracy is KEY
  • Can do/will do attitude
  • Good problem solving and communication skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent English
  • Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for (2) years
  • Hands on experience with inventory
  • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job: Tech Savvy Ecommerce Account Manager Needed for Toy Company

Brick Loot, one of the leading toy subscription boxes, is seeking a full time employee to help with online sales channels and marketing.

Ideal candidate is a team player, tech savvy, quick learner, detail oriented and flexible. Knowledge of LEGO a HUGE bonus.

The concentration in this position would be to INCREASE Online sales via various sales channels like AMAZON, EBAY, ETSY etc.

MUST BE AN ECOMMERCE WIZ.  INCREASE SALES ON OUR SITES. PPC strategy, enhance content, etc. (NOT the job for a website developer or iT pro).

Schedule: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 year depending on experience

Must complete a background check, non-compete and NDA Agreement.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Post and manage thousands of products on Amazon and to our company website and other marketplaces.
  • STRATEGY for PPC campaigns , Marketing and increasing online sales.
  • Help to boost on-line sales by using your creative selling ideas and utilizing email blasts.
  • Project and maintain FBA inventory levels to prevent over- and under-shipments.
  • Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email).
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
  • Photograph new products
  • Create video of new products
  • Email Marketing
  • Manage Social Media for Brick Loot and Minifig Vault
  • Create writing to make each listing unique
  • Support other staff in all areas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must be AN ECOMMERCE WIZ, detail oriented, creative and highly organized.
  • Must be proficient on PC
  • 2 years+ experience : Ecommerce, Online sales, Website management
  • Excellent Communication Skills Required- Able to read and write fluently in English

Job: Part time piece work with SUPER flexible Hours

Brick Loot is searching for some awesome part time employees. This is ideal for moms with school aged kids, college kids with open daytime hours or other! Super flexible.

Ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented and flexible.
 
Schedule
2-5 days a week between the hours of
Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm (min 4 hour shift)
Perfect for someone who needs flexibility. Have had many moms work while kids are in school.

Duties include but not limited to:
Package items
Label and count items for resale
Assist Brick Loot retail store
Fill online orders – Pick, pack, and label
Package Brick Loot items for monthly box
Organize showroom and inventory
Shipping and Receiving
Support other staff in all areas

Pay: $14-17 hour
