Your item must be new and in unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging as received. Shipping in either direction is not refundable. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including: Custom items, subscription boxes, mystery boxes, opened items, and final-sale items.
If you would like to return a Light Kit it must be in new/unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping in either direction is not refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Warranty
Light Kits include a 30 day warranty. We do however offer support for life as many accidents may be easily repaired. We can walk you through a fix or sometimes even do it for you. This is a free service but does not have a guarantee. We will treat your item with love and care while we try to help you.
You may ALWAYS email/reach us at help@brickloot.com and we will try and help you even for products no longer in warranty (even years old). Sometimes replacement parts are available and those we discount to our customers to help YOU :)
