What is the suggested age group?
Truly this item is unique and is great for individuals ages 6 - 99.

Is Brick Loot a LEGO company?
Brick Loot is not associated with The LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site.

How do I upgrade my subscription?
We would love to help you upgrade and get a better deal! Please email us at support@brickloot.com with the change you would like to make to your account. Your can also login to your account and set it to upgrade on your next renewal.

How do I login to my account?
If you did not set up your account when you first purchased your subscription you can create one now using the Customer Portal.
Here you can change your subscription plan and edit your payment details.

When I sign up for a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year subscription, is it all charged up front?
Yes, when you purchase a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year subscription you pay at once for a discounted rate.

What is in each box?
It’s a surprise! Each month you will get unique items including LEGO, LEGO compatible products and brick items. The box is not just LEGO.

When do I get my Brick Loot Box?
We ship out boxes on the 10th of each month. Depending on where you live you should receive your box within 3-10 days. If the 10th falls on a weekend we will ship the following Monday.

When I signup, how often am I charged?
You will be charged on the 1st of the month depending on your subscription. If you have a monthly subscription then you will be charged on the 1st of every month. If you have a 3 month subscription you will be charged on the 1st every 3 months.

Can I customize the content of the box?
Brick Loot’s team of LEGO and brick lovers choose the items for each months box. We are sure you will be pleased!

What if I move?
If you move please make sure and update your address in your account or email us to update it for you. If your box is returned because it can not be forwarded you will be charged again for shipping. We are not responsible to have your packages forwarded. You must have a valid shipping address at all times.

This month’s box is sold out! Can I still place an order?
If you register after a box is sold out you will be automatically signed up for the following month to make sure you do not miss out!

Will I get a tracking number for my box?
Yes, you will be sent a tracking number via email once the box has shipped. If you did not get an email please check your bulk folder. You can also login to your Brick Loot Account to see this months tracking number.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Shipping on all subscription boxes is $6 USA, $13 Canada, $15 Australia. Additional charges may be incurred depending on your country's customs and tax policies. Brick Loot is not responsible for these extra costs.

Can I change my shipping address?
YES! You can login to your account and change your shipping info.

How do I update my credit card info?
You can login to your account and update your card info. If your card is expired you will not receive your box.

Can I gift a Brick Loot subscription?
YES! Brick Loot is an AMAZING gift! Go to the Gift page and purchase the subscription you would like. Email us and we can send you a card to send to the recipient. info@brickloot.com

What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel your subscription before the 25th of the month prior to your renewal in order to not receive the following month's box. If you cancel a subscription mid term you will be charged a $30 restocking fee.

What is your return policy?
Brick Loot does not accept returns. If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to sell the items to others. Due to the surprise nature of the boxes, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

Can I put my subscription on pause?
No. You may cancel your subscription and when you are ready, you can come back.

My box is missing an item or is damaged/broken. What should I do?
OH NO! Please contact support@brickloot.com and let us know ASAP.

The LED Light Kits are fragile and require patience. We suggest for ages 12+.

What do I do it I break a wire?

We can often walk you through how to splice a wire or you can send it to us and we can repair it for free. If it is beyond repair we can discuss your options.

What is the return policy?
