Shipping Policy

We work hard to ship your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for our store and subscription box shipping schedules, shipping methods, and address requirements.


Store Orders

  • Processing Time:
    Orders placed through our online store typically ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods:
    All orders are shipped via USPS by default. Upgraded shipping options (such as Priority or Express) are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Tracking:
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

Subscription Box Shipping

  • First-Time Orders:
    When you sign up for a subscription, your first box will ship within 2–3 business days of your purchase. For example, if you sign up on March 22, your first box will ship by March 25.
  • Monthly Renewals:
    Subscription renewals are billed on the 1st of each month. Your recurring boxes ship between the 2nd and 3rd of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).
  • Order Cut-Off:
    Orders placed on or before the last day of the previous month will receive the upcoming month’s box as part of your renewal. Late sign-ups still receive a box right away and begin the next cycle on the 1st of the following month.

Shipping Addresses

  • Please provide a valid and complete shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Packages delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or outdated address information.
    • Lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an address that was not updated in time.
  • If you are moving or need to change your shipping address, please update your account or email us at help@brickloot.com at least 3 business days before your next box ships.
  • We do not reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
