Refund Policy

We want you to love every Brick Loot order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to return and refund eligible items.

Who can return

We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.

What can’t be returned

Some items are final once they’re yours:

  • Subscription products (including any Brick Loot sub box or monthly subscription)
  • Any item marked “final sale” at checkout or on the product page

These items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to start a return

Starting a return only takes a minute:

  1. Go to our Return Portal.
  2. Enter your details and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request.

If you run into any trouble, email us at help@brickloot.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
