Risk of Loss:
All merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received a box that is damaged or includes broken merchandise please contact email@example.com If a your tracking shows delivered and you did not receive your package you must contact your local post office immediately as Brick Loot is not responsible for the theft of an item.
The products offered on the site are provided on as “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Brick Loot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any and all implied warranties.
Subscription Refunds / Returns:
Brick Loot does not provide refunds on subscriptions. If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to sell the items to others. Due to the boxes being a surprise we can not issue refunds or exchanges.
Online Store Refunds/Returns:
All sales are final. If Brick Loot makes an exception for a return it must be completed within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must be in new and unopened condition. Brick Loot does not cover shipping costs in either direction.
When the item is received and inspected, Brick Loot will issue the refund within 3 business days and has the right to charge a restocking fee.
