Return & Refund Policy
We work hard to deliver high-quality building experiences, whether through our curated subscription boxes or direct online orders. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and missing parts.
1. Subscription Boxes
- All subscription box sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.
- If an exception is made, a $10 restocking fee may apply to help cover handling and repackaging costs.
First-Time Subscriber Guarantee
If this is your first box ever and you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a one-time refund or credit — no questions asked.
Limit one per customer. Applies to first-time subscribers only.
2. Online Store Purchases (Non-Subscription)
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- A $5–$10 restocking fee may apply depending on the item and order size.
Note: Sale, clearance, custom, or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.
3. Missing Pieces Policy
We carefully inspect and pack every set, but occasionally a part may go missing during packaging or transit.
If your order is missing a piece, contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@brickloot.com with:
- Your order number
- A description (and if possible, a photo) of the missing piece(s)
- The set name or product code
We will:
- Ship the missing piece(s) if available in our inventory
- If the part is unavailable, we’ll do our best to provide a comparable replacement
Note: Our bricks are compatible with major brick brands, but they are not official LEGO® products. We do not guarantee identical mold styles or color matching.
We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for missing pieces.
4. Risk of Loss & Shipping Issues
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office or carrier — we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.
If your box arrives damaged or missing items, notify us within 7 days so we can help.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are sold as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
