About Brick Loot
Brick Loot is a brick subscription box company with offices in Deerfield, IL and Lindon, UT.  We have a monthly subscription box filled with LEGO and custom bricks.  We also make custom LEGO sets for businesses, have a Brick Link store, and an online store where we sell light kits, custom sets, LEGO sets, accessories and more!

Kitting piece work with flexible hours (Full-time or Part-time)

Brick Loot is searching for some awesome team members to help us kit our custom designed LEGO sets. This kitting job is for our corporate sets (We’ve done builds for Amazon, Netflix, Domino’s, Pinterest and more).  As well as our monthly Subscription box. The ideal candidate is able to give attention to detail as a lot of lego parts are small and similar.  They should also be organized, and able to work with their hands sitting at a desk handling LEGO each day.  We are able to offer a flexible schedule during our normal operating hours.

Schedule
2-5 days a week (Mon – Fri) between the hours of 9am – 5pm (min 4 hour shift)

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Kitting Custom LEGO Sets (All new LEGO Parts)
    • Counting
    • Bagging 
    • Sorting
    • Organizing
    • Packaging
  • Help with Bricklink Store
    • Label and count items for resale
    • Organize inventory
    • Fill online orders – Pick, pack, and label

Pay: $12-14 hour

Custom LEGO Set Designer (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Must be able to design digitally in LEGO Studio
  • Adhere to client’s design specs, including part counts, styles and required features
  • Able to create set instructions in studio also
  • Helpful, but not required: Able to design custom stickers/printing for bricks/tiles

Graphic Designer (Part-time)

  • Edit or even create digital and printable instructions for custom sets
  • Create product imagery via Stud.io
  • Create vector artwork for stickers
  • Proficient in working with Stud.io, Photoshop and Illustrator

Warehouse Pick and Pack

Brick Loot, one of the leading toy subscription boxes, is seeking a full time warehouse employee. Ideal candidate is a team player, great attitude, quick learner, detail oriented.

Pay: $14/hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Benefits (after 90 days of employment): Paid vacation, paid sick days, 50% of health insurance, Simple IRA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack monthly subscription box
  • Welcome delivery trucks and direct to loading docks upon arrival
  • Receive incoming shipments and add to inventory and put away
  • Pick, pack and ship online orders
  • Stage picked orders for delivery
  • Prep items for selling channels
  • Intake of containers. Unload, Inventory and put away and organize
  • Manage inventory
  • Operate adequate warehouse tools / pallet jack
  • Provide the office staff with inventory counts
  • Assist walk in customers with their orders
  • Load walk in customers orders into their vehicles
  • Ensure accuracy.
  • Stock showroom / retail store
  • Disposes of warehouse and office garbage
  • Maintains clean working environment

Important skills:

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
  • Reliability - Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Attention to detail / time management. - Accuracy is KEY
  • Can do/will do attitude
  • Good problem solving and communication skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent English
  • Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for (2) years
  • Hands on experience with inventory
  • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
