Our 21 old son is our builder. He is on a vent due to epilepsy taken most of his brain stem. He has the brain of a 2-4 yr old but love building with bricks. I have bought several of your “minis” and loved them. Also especially loved the office furniture and the kitchen/bathroom sets…you even included the stove fan! Some of the directions areca little hard to see in order to distinguish different colors, but I got them done finally! Love them!

Let me start off by saying that I really like the light kit. The instructions were great, and I love how it looks. My problems began when my Roomba ate one of the floodlights. I wanted to purchase a replacement floodlight, so I emailed support and waited a week. My email was never answered. I tried calling the 888 support number and got a message that they were not accepting calls. I called the non-toll free number and left a voice mail. They never called me back. After spending about a month trying to contact support, I reluctantly decided to purchase a whole new kit since that would give me a replacement plus an extra in case I needed it. The new kit shipped the day after I placed the order. It turns out that in the new kit, the floodlights have a fade in/fade out pattern, where the floodlights in the original kit have a flashing pattern, so I ended up with 2 floodlights in the new kit that match and 1 from the old kit that does not, plus a whole bunch of other lights that I don't need. So much for having an extra spare.
Brickloot is quick enough to take your money when making a sale, but don't expect to hear back from them when you need customer support. I'm ok with Brickloot not having customer support, but I'm not ok with the claim that they have customer support when they have none whatsoever.

Brick Loot products add a whole new level to Lego building creativity. Their lighting kits make your buildings come to life. The customer support is very responsive. They take genuine concern with solving any problem a customer may encounter. They are passionate about their product line. I am guessing the company is in it's infancy. I cannot wait to see what is to come as they flourish into the future. Strong Work Brick Loot Team!

This lighting kit was a gift for our 13 yr. old grandson. He was thrilled with the results of adding lighting to his Lego Disney Castle! We’ve purchased several lighting kits over the years from Brick Loot for his Lego sets & each time he has been quite happy with the results.

Love the lights after they are. The instructions are not very good better pictures showing the complete area around where the lights to be placed. By that I mean better expanded areas
